Please check the packaging when the goods are delivered and check that the air conditioner is delivered standing upright.
If the air conditioner was delivered upside down, or on its side, it will still operate satisfactorily but it must be left standing upright for at least 12 hours before being operated.
If the packaging is damaged, possibly due to incorrect handling of the goods in transit, please contact our office as soon as possible on 042 3575 6311 (mobile 0310 571 6505) during office hours, no later than 5 working days after delivery.
If you can, please use a mobile phone to send a photograph of the goods as delivered to you.
Our engineer will provide guidance on how to check whether the goods are in a satisfactory condition for use.
If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied to you, you can send the goods back to us for a refund within 5 working days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, you must
- Arrange return of the goods with our office staff on 042 3575 6311 (mobile 0310 571 6505) during office hours,
- Return the goods in the original packaging (at your expense), and
- Ensure that the goods are in brand new condition.
A refund will only be paid in full if the goods are received in saleable condition. A partial refund may be offered on damaged goods after assessment to determine whether the damage occurred in transit.
