Please check the packaging when the goods are delivered and check that the air conditioner is delivered standing upright.
If the air conditioner was delivered upside down, or on its side, it will still operate satisfactorily but it must be left standing upright for at least 12 hours before being operated.
If the packaging is damaged, possibly due to incorrect handling of the goods in transit, please contact our office as soon as possible on 042 3575 6311 (mobile 0310 571 6505) during office hours, no later than 5 working days after delivery.
If you can, please use a mobile phone to send a photograph of the goods as delivered to you.
Our engineer will provide guidance on how to check whether the goods are in a satisfactory condition for use.
If you wish to return a product because it does not meet your needs, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund of the product price if you return it to us in its original condition and packaging.

We will reply to your request within one business day and provide you with advice on how to process your return
When we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. When our store confirms it was returned in its original condition or packaging, your payment for the product(s) will be refunded.
